Flat robbery leaves owner shaken

Two robbers forced their way into a flat and stole thousands of pounds worth of property, police have said.

The two men burst into the flat on Glasgow's Victoria Park Road South at about 1230 GMT on Friday and threatened the male owner.

They then made off with goods worth about Ј2,000, police said. The flat owner was not injured but badly shaken.

Police said it was "very frightening" for the victim. They described the suspects as in their mid-30s.

One was wearing a light-coloured hat and a dark-coloured bomber jacket, and was of stocky build.

The second was wearing dark-coloured clothes and was of slim build.

Both are between 5ft 7in and 5ft 8in tall.
