A 37-year-old woman has been killed and an 18-year-old girl critically injured in a road accident in County Antrim. A car and a Land Rover were involved in the collision at the Whiteside Road/Portglenone Road between Randalstown and Portglenone.
The car driver was pronounced dead at the scene after 1000 GMT on Tuesday. A 60-year-old man was seriously injured.
Four children aged between two and 18 have been treated for non-life threatening injuries.
Meanwhile, a 49-year-old man has died in hospital following a road traffic collision in County Down.
The incident took place on the Downpatrick Road, near Strangford, in County Down on 28 October.
Bob Hepburn from Portaferry was travelling in a vehicle which left the road at about 1935 BST, about half a mile outside Strangford.
It is not believed any other vehicles were involved in the accident.
